Traditional Japanese Craftsmanship in Watering Cans
Utilizing Japanese Tradition Through Watering Cans
The founder began as a roofing craftsman for shrines and temples, specializing in working with copper. From the second generation onwards, copper watering cans were crafted for gardening, although many imitations were in circulation initially. Driven by a spirit of inquiry, continuous improvements were made by learning from renowned Bonsai practitioners, evolving to become the sole manufacturer of copper watering cans for Bonsai in Japan.
We have numerous transactions both domestically and internationally, enjoying high recognition overseas as well. In a feature on watering cans by the Barcelona-based magazine The Plant Magazine, the selected metal watering cans were exclusively from Haws and Negishi Industries.
