Working side by side

Enhance manufacturing efficiency with the introduction of Nextage humanoid robots

Nextage was developed to ensure safety in manufacturing and to improve productivity under the concept of working “side by side with people.” Since its launch in 2009, it has been adopted by leading companies across a variety of industries, including electronics and its components, food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. Nextage has facilitated the automation of assembly, inspection, and packaging processes by enhancing manufacturing efficiency, reducing the need for human labor, maintaining high production quality, and more.

For over 20 years, since 1999, we have been pursuing the innovative practical use of humanoid robots that work with people and have achieved a track record of implementation in over 100 companies both domestically and internationally, including industry leaders. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Nextage continues to expand its applicability to a wider range of tasks, meeting varying demands with its payload capacity, speed, vision with the image recognition system, and improved maintainability.

All-in-one humanoid robot designed to work alongside people

Nextage is an all-in-one humanoid robot that integrates dual arms with six axes, vision with the image recognition system, a controller, and NxProduction software. With its dedicated stand, it can be easily moved and installed by a single person. With NxProduction's teaching function, users can operate the robot intuitively through a graphical interface, allowing them to prompt image-processing tasks without needing programming skills. This enables flexible adaptation to small-lot, multi-type production.

Furthermore, since 2022, we have introduced a new model, Nextage Fillie, which is more compact, faster, and lighter than the conventional Nextage NXA, providing two types of models to fit more customer needs.

In addition to the industrial Nextage series, we also offer the Nextage Open series, a research platform compatible with open-source robot middleware ROS.

Offering a wide range of options and industry-specific packages

As for options, we provide a variety of hardware components, such as different shapes of hands, and software that adds extensions to NxProduction, including binary processing for positioning. Combining it with wide-ranged options, including our partner products, Nextage can bring advanced efficiency to manufacturing.

We also offer Nx-Solution, a packaged application specifically designed for the highly demanded food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries. This industry-specific package includes Nextage, which is highly versatile and applicable to a wide range of tasks, hands, peripheral devices, and sample teaching data, all in one package. By utilizing and customizing the configuration of this package, you can speed up the implementation and launch processes.

Our integration package lineup:
Cobako: box assembly and packaging system
Pump: automated item-pickup and placing system
Stix: automated stick-product bagging system
Orikon: automated folding-container assembly system
Reliable follow-up and support system

Reliable follow-up and support system

With our deep knowledge of humanoid robots, we provide comprehensive support for installation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring safe and effective use. We offer lecture sessions: a basic course (how to use the robots and teaching), an intermediate course (the image recognition function and error processing), and an advanced course (creating plugins to add to standard software). These courses are designed to ensure that even first-time users can utilize our robots efficiently.

Also, we have an overseas agent in Switzerland. Offering English support, we strive to cater to the diverse needs of global customers.
