Founded in 1913, we have been part of Tokyo's food manufacturing industry for over 100 years. In addition to manufacturing and selling our own products, such as tsukudani (traditional Japanese food simmered in soy sauce and sugar), side dishes, and paste seasonings, which are made with carefully selected domestic ingredients and absolutely no food additives such as chemical flavorings or preservatives, we also flexibly accommodate small-batch OEM manufacturing orders tailored to our customers’ needs. Our greatest strength is “open-flame pot” cooking, a method that has become increasingly rare. Skilled artisans carefully handcraft each item to draw out the natural, rich umami of the ingredients to their fullest. Today, we are working not only in the domestic market, but also developing seasonings that utilize these traditional techniques for overseas markets and expanding our sales channels abroad.
