Our company is a fresh fish store founded in 1951. We operate 16 stores across Japan and offer, on average, more than 250 kinds of fresh seafood per store, sourced from Toyosu Market, Japan’s largest seafood hub. Through face-to-face service, we propose products tailored to each customer.
We began as a tuna wholesaler at Tsukiji Market, the predecessor of Toyosu. While most retailers buy through intermediaries, we are among the few with trading rights to purchase directly from wholesalers. This allows our experienced buyers to secure seasonal seafood with assured freshness.

The condition of fish varies depending on factors such as species and the environment in which they grow.
Wild fish, which grow freely in natural environments, tend to have firmer flesh. On the other hand, farmed fish are known for their rich fat content, which can be controlled through their feed.
To judge the freshness of individual fish, key indicators include the eyes and gills. Fish with clear, dark eyes and bright red gills are fresh.
For tuna, the cross-section of the tail is used to assess the color of the flesh and the amount of fat.

By performing the proper preparation according to the cooking method, fish can be enjoyed in an amazingly delicious way. Proper preparation not only removes fishy odors but also improves appearance.
We offer services such as rinsing off blood and debris, removing gills and internal organs, and filleting into three pieces, all based on customer requests. Our staff are trained in these fish preparation techniques and provide processing services at the store. Even if handling fish at home is difficult, with help from our fish experts, customers can enjoy safe and delicious seafood dishes at home with peace of mind.
We also accept technical trainees from Vietnam and teach them fish preparation skills, so we are confident in our ability to contribute to overseas store operations.
