Ideal for building insulation In addition to providing comfortable living and working environments, it also contributes to energy savings and cost reduction.

Bubble sheet is an air-containing cushioning material that is used to protect products from shock during transportation, and is widely known under the name of PUTI PUTI in Japan. We were the first company to manufacture and commercialize PUTI PUTI in Japan, and it now accounts for 60% of the domestic market.

We developed Alu-Puti, a thermal insulation and shielding sheet, by laminating aluminum foil onto this bubble sheet.

The independent air layers within the bubble sheet provide excellent thermal insulation by minimizing heat transfer. By laminating aluminum foil, Alu-Puti achieves a synergistic effect of thermal shielding and insulation, supporting the creation of comfortable spaces. Compared to materials with the same thermal resistance value, it is thinner than plywood or glass wool and is easy to process, contributing to reduced installation costs.

Excellent thermal insulation and shielding properties

Bubble sheet has superb thermal insulation properties because of its structure of individually sealed air pockets. Since air conducts heat less readily than steel or wood, bubble sheet, with its individually sealed air pockets, has superb thermal insulation properties. On the other hand, aluminum has the ability to reflect infrared radiation, thereby reducing the impact of radiant heat. It effectively reflected infrared radiation in a temperature test using infrared lamps, in which the increase in surface temperature was contained within 30°C, demonstrating its excellent thermal shielding properties. Alu-Puti combines these two properties to achieve superior thermal insulation and shielding performance.

Two layers of durable and strong bubble sheets to enhance strength.
・Non-Combustible type
A product made using non-combustible materials certified by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
These products have been used not only in conventional residential housing but also in livestock barns, receiving high praise. One dairy farmer reported that Alu-Puti helped lower the temperature and eliminate the problem of reduced milk production during the summer, which had previously declined by 1.5 to 2.0 kg per cow per day.
