Seiken’s contact probes cater to customer needs with tailored pins manufactured with high-precision and flexible customization.

We offer precise metal processing with a minimum diameter of 55 μm, which can enhance the accuracy of the inspection of electronic parts. In addition, our products are available in a variety of specialized features, including CNT (carbon nanotube) coating for high current, non-magnetism, and lead-free materials.

IC sockets and versatile probe cards designed to maximize efficiency and precision for semiconductor testing

IC test sockets are essential quality control tools in the semiconductor manufacturing process. Seiken offers IC sockets that accurately inspect various packages throughout the development to mass production process, meeting customer needs.

Our vertical probe cards are designed for fine-pitch and grid-array electrodes, such as WL-CSP and Flip Chip. Seiken's probe cards utilize super-fine pitch and Kelvin probes to enable advanced measurements. We also offer double plunger pins and probes for high currents.

Orders can be made in small lots, starting from a single unit.
