Tecdia’s key innovation is its 30-degree internal taper—sharper than the 60-degree tapers found in other nozzles—greatly improving material flow and reducing clogging. This makes them ideal for high-precision applications such as crystal device manufacturing, luminova application on watch dials, and biomaterial printing.

Our machining expertise, refined since our founding, continues to evolve with the times. In fall 2024, we developed ultra-precise nozzles with a 20μm wall thickness and a 2mm tip length using seamless one-piece machining—an industry rarity. These nozzles deliver stable dispensing in deep, narrow spaces. Tecdia also leverages Japanese craftsmanship in mass production at our Philippine facility, delivering excellence in quality, cost, and delivery.
