Variations in Precision with Slush Molding

We utilize slush molding, a technique that allows shaping forms unachievable with injection molding. It offers design flexibility with thin, flexible textures. Primarily used for hollow figurines like soft vinyl (sofubi), it lacks mold parting lines, ensuring clean finishes. it is difficult to mechanize and is done by hand. That is why we are able to produce soft vinyl with a high degree of accuracy.

We also emphasize the finishing coat. In the early days of our workshop, the multi-layered painting was once referred to as "Siccaluna coating" by our soft vinyl enthusiasts.
We've further upgraded from that era's painting, achieving various textures with different paints like vibrant colors, monochrome, flashy, retro, cool, cute, and natural.
We expedite the finishing of artistic pieces, often receiving 'coating only' orders.
