In 2014, Nori-jue started as a sole proprietorship and was incorporated as Nori-jue in 2023. Located in Toshima, Tokyo, it operates a beauty salon offering services such as eyelash extensions, home visit beauty services, and kimono dressing.

We are committed to addressing and tackling beauty-related concerns. Bikatti was born out of feedback from clients who struggled to maintain their growing sideburns. We believe that beauty not only enhances appearance but also empowers the spirit. In addition to providing beauty services, we offer visit services to senior facilities and beauty courses for the visually impaired, receiving good feedback for our "do-it-yourself" lessons. Moving forward, we will continue to expand our business focusing on beauty.
