Our strength lies in precision machining, a collaborative effort with clockmakers worldwide, and in the aerospace and medical fields.

We are part of a joint project with Mr. Hajime Asaoka, a leading independent watchmaker in Japan and tool manufacturer OSG Corporation. Driven by our passion for producing world-class products from Japan, we’ve completed a watch equipped with a Tourbillon, a super-complex mechanism in mechanical watches, all from original designs and machining over 130 parts.

Designing and Manufacturing Minimally Invasive Spinal Implants

We specialize in machining difficult-to-cut materials and have a track record of producing many precision titanium parts. We have experience in designing, developing, and manufacturing spinal implants, among other things. We also manufacture parts for various types of medical equipment, such as endoscope parts.

From 2011 to 2017, we participated in three exhibitions at MD&M West in Anaheim.

We provided technical cooperation in developing thruster parts using a metal 3D printer, which is used for satellite attitude control and orbit conversion.

We anticipate that electron beam layering will create intricate hollow shapes without requiring molds or welding. This breakthrough will enable us to produce complex shapes with a high level of functionality at a much lower cost than before. Despite facing challenges such as surface roughness, we achieved the necessary level of quality by integrating precision machining technology.

Rocket Engine Injector

Yuki Precision developed injectors for a bipropellant liquid rocket with 56 holes of varying diameters (0.4mm, 1mm, and 2mm). The injectors have long, narrow holes to ensure secure flow paths, even in limited spaces. The injectors feature the longest hole with a 2mm diameter and 30mm depth and are made of Inconel material. Yuki Precision offers a comprehensive system that caters to customer requests, from specifications and design to actual manufacturing, with a proven track record in the aerospace and medical industries.
