Since our establishment in 1961, we have been manufacturing various cold heading and forging dies and punches, earning high acclaim as a manufacturer of high-precision, long-lasting dies and punches. We specialize in processing tungsten carbide , which are challenging to work with. We have manufactured dies and punches for the world's smallest screws (shaft diameter 0.3mm), exact 2-piece punches made from tungsten carbide , and former dies and punches for complex shaped parts.

In 2011, we developed Tokyo-ACE, a unique tungsten carbide die and punch using innovative manufacturing, highly appreciated by customers for mass-produced electronic and bearing components.

Expanding our reach, we established a factory in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2015 and now supply to Southeast and South Asia.
