Heiwa Technica's cutting method is a precision process in which a very thin grinding wheel, less than 1 mm thick, made of extremely hard abrasive particles, is rotated at high speed to wet cut materials. This allows for gentle processing without damaging the material, resulting in a clean cut surface.
The combination of our company's precision cutting machine FiNECUT and the cutting wheels NASTON and NASTON GOLD, together with the cutting fluid FiNECOOL, enables high-speed and stable precision cutting, even for materials that are difficult to cut.

Today, we offer an extensive range of more than 40 different types of cutting wheels, including our flagship products NASTON and NASTON GOLD, tailored to different materials. These products can be used for a wide range of materials, from metal products to composite materials (resin + iron, iron + rubber, etc.), superalloys, and hard and brittle materials like ceramics.
