Capable of being manufactured in various shapes
Highly durable insoluble electrodes that meet various requirements: ANODEC Series
- Corrosion resistance for long electrode life
- Can be used at high current densities, allowing for more compact equipment
- There is little anode wear deformation, giving it a constantly stable anode-cathode distance
- Prevents smut from forming—no electrode maintenance needed
- Allows for lightweight electrodes (60% lighter than lead electrodes)
- Allows for the manufacture of complex electrode shapes
- Used electrodes can be recoated (can reuse titanium substrates)
Among the series, the most popular is the ADENOC 100, which are electrodes created by forming an iridium oxide-based coating layer on a titanium substrate through sintering. It is used in strong acid plating baths for oxygen generation, featuring a low oxygen generation potential and a long lifespan. In the electrolysis of sulfuric acid, it can operate at high current densities exceeding 100 A/d㎡, enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, it is widely used as an anode in precious metal electroplating.
