The SUN Oil Cleaner Series is an oil cleaner specifically designed for machine oil used in rotary oil vacuum pumps. This cleaner simultaneously treats particles, water, and acids from the machine oil, maintaining a state equivalent to new oil at all times. Our proprietary oil filter element used in the oil cleaner is comprised of oil cleaning elements based on special ion exchange fibers, with magnetic fibers that adsorb contaminants and remove fine particles. In addition to keeping the oil consistently clean, it also purifies emulsified oil.

Conventionally, oil needed to be changed every month, but with the Sun Oil Cleaner Series, the oil change interval can be extended to over a year. As a result, the risk of machinery failure and performance degradation is reduced, leading to lower maintenance costs.

This filter effectively removes free water mixed with hydrocarbon solutions, synthetic oils, mineral oils, and various lubricants through its ultra-high water absorption capabilities.
