We provide 100% custom-fabricated springs, including specialized micro springs for medical use, with consistent quality from prototype to mass production by using the same machinery throughout.

Since our founding in 1941, we have refined our technical expertise by responding to customer demands in made-to-order production. Driven by the idea that “even a single small spring forms the crucial heart of precision products,” we approach each project with the utmost commitment.

Our specialty lies in producing micro springs with wire measuring from approximately 0.02 mm to 2.5 mm in diameter. In the medical field, we leverage this precision machining technology to supply components for catheters, endoscopes, and biopsy needles, receiving high acclaim.

We offer micro springs with wire diameters of 0.025 mm and up.

The guidewires used in catheterization for medical applications are thin enough to fit inside blood vessels, and we specialize in such ultra-fine springs where the coil shape is invisible to the naked eye. For medical applications, however, it’s not just about thinness; precise functionality as a spring is also required. We pride ourselves in this microfabrication technology.

Exceptional technical expertise backed by the production system and strict quality control

Among the processing machines we use, NC machines, for example, require different tool parts for each product. Our engineers produce and fine-tune these parts in-house, enabling us to reduce costs and maintain quality.

Furthermore, we train our technicians by teaching them the mechanisms and movements of products that use springs, allowing them to acquire fundamental spring-making skills and enabling them to flexibly respond to complex requirements.

In terms of quality control, we independently manufacture jigs, tools, and dies in-house to maintain high precision. To ensure product perfection, we verify alignment and accuracy by projecting enlarged drawings to compare them with the actual item.

As spring experts, we offer a wide range of products and solutions applicable to various industries.

In addition to the medical field, we provide high-quality springs for a wide range of industries, including electronic components such as switches and connectors, telecommunication devices, watches, cameras, medical devices, automotive parts, and home appliances.

We produce various types of springs, including compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, and wire forms. For compression springs alone, we offer options such as straight, tapered, barrel-shaped, hourglass-shaped, conical, ring, and long coils, tailored to each customers' needs.

Our production facilities are located in Ota-ku, Tokyo, as well as Miyagi and Akita Prefectures, along with a subsidiary in Indonesia. We manufacture over 3,000 product types monthly, supported by more than 450 automatic spring-forming machines, enabling us to handle orders from small batches to quantities in the tens of millions.
