At FUTA-Q, we focus on β-Titanium, a titanium alloy known for being lightweight, highly corrosion resistant, and resilient, advancing its machining technology. Pursuing ‘ultra-small and precision,’ we achieved a world first in 2011 by developing a β-Titanium pipe with an outer diameter of 0.5mm and inner diameter of 0.3mm.

Additionally, we offer diverse machining technologies like hole drilling, micro-machining, laser processing, welding, internal diameter polishing, and swaging to meet product development needs, particularly employing NiTi pipes known for superelasticity and shape memory characteristics. We propose the optimal small-diameter pipes tailored to usage conditions, purposes, and budgets.

Nickel Titanium Wire

We provide advanced, low-invasive medical functional parts and assembly products combining these parts. With its high elastic recovery, Nickel Titanium alloy is used in medical treatment tools and stents for implantation in the human body. We meet high demands for precision and quality in semiconductor manufacturing. Mirror finishing is a process we offer for parts requiring high adhesion, such as joints. Utilizing our Wrapping Machine, we cater to mass production needs. We possess centerless grinding machines for outer diameter polishing of small diameter pipes and fine diameter wires. The image displays multi-stage long taper wire processing on a stainless wire with an outer diameter of Φ0.4mm to a minimum diameter of Φ0.04mm. Employing evaluation devices like Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), we continue to advance our machining technology, optimize manufacturing conditions, and ensure product quality.
