Machining and Injection Molding
Shimura Precision Co., Ltd
Machining and Injection Molding
We cater to various industries, handling prototype parts, small batches, and mass production.
Specializing in metal and plastic machining alongside the production of injection molding parts, our primary focus lies in CNC machining for further processing. With over 55 years of experience in metal, plastic, and ceramic processing, we aim to swiftly deliver high-quality components to manufacturers, developers, engineers, and designers looking to create new products.
Flexible Facilities for Small to Large-Scale Production
Over 50 CNC Machining Units for Rapid Prototyping to Mass Production
With over 50 CNC machines, we swiftly transitioned from prototype to mass production. We excel in high-precision machining and processing of complex shapes, primarily dealing with mechanical parts for semiconductors, medical devices, automobiles, visual equipment, and watch components. Our CNC machining centers, capable of handling a wide range of processing needs, including complex shapes through 5-axis machining centers, ensure high quality. From short delivery times for small batch productions to mass production, our facilities and production management system can ensure dimensional accuracy of ±10 microns and surface roughness of about Ra 0.1 microns.
Engineer Plastics and More
Quick Response for Cutting and Injection Molding
In machining, we can manufacture parts from a single unit, swiftly adapting to design changes during prototype development. Our manufacturing capabilities include die casting, injection molding, machining, sand casting, and 3D printing, enabling us to deliver high-quality products quickly and efficiently. Our in-house capabilities, from product design, engineering, prototyping, and mold making to molding, allow for shorter editing work during the design development stage.
Precision Machining for Medical Scopes from Prototyping to Mass Production
Capable of prototyping and mass production for fine machining like medical endoscope and laparoscope parts. Additionally, with our specialized CNC machining for parts like decorative components of watches where surface accuracy is crucial, we eliminate processes like polishing, leading to cost reduction. Our strength lies in high-precision processing with micron-level accuracy and multi-face processing, especially in fine machining requiring small-diameter tools, building a production system focused on high precision, high quality, and speed. With ISO9001 certification in quality management, our inspection with three-dimensional measuring instruments provides reliable and stable services.
