Serious accidents can result from miswiring in distribution boards and other equipment. While identification labels are a common countermeasure, directly printing on wires often raises issues—markings may fade over time or the range of printable characters may be limited.

To address these challenges, we offer two solutions: the SPX Series (thermal transfer) and the B Series (hot stamping).
•SPX Series: Easily import and print customer-created data. Supports complex strings, sequential numbering, and inverted text for flexible, on-demand marking.
•B Series: For applications such as wire harnesses, markings must remain legible for years to support maintenance and part replacement. Using metal type, the B Series prints and indents characters simultaneously, delivering high-quality, long-lasting marks that resist aging, making it ideal for long-term traceability.

This printer is ideal for printing wiring identification numbers in distribution and control panels, as well as part numbers on housings, connectors, and wires.

Thermal type: The thermal printer uses a thermal head for heat-transfer printing, providing excellent durability. It allows easy, stable, high-volume marking on heat-shrink tubing, PVC tubes, resin labels and plates, TIPTAG, and more.

Hot-stamp type: The hot-stamp printer presses heated metal type onto a foil ribbon to transfer characters by heat. It is easy to operate and exceptionally durable. The marks are highly resistant to wear and remain legible even in dusty or harsh environments.

Customization: The system can be customized for different applications, supporting marking on a wide variety of shapes and materials. It offers a broad range of color options, and color changes are quick and easy.
