Silicone molded products

Silicone molded products maintain performance across a wide temperature range, from -60°C to over +200°C, with some materials offering exceptional heat resistance. This versatility allows them to be used in a wide range of applications, including automotive gaskets, seal parts, packings for home appliances, connector parts, construction materials, and molds and packings for tableware and cooking equipment. Silicone has a low environmental impact, is highly safe, and can be molded into complex shapes and colored to match product designs.

Rubber-to-metal bonded products

Bonded seals (rubber-to-metal bonded products)

Mainly used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, bonded seals feature an integrated structure of a rubber seal and a metal washer. The rubber part is made from elastomer, which has excellent chemical and heat resistance, while the metal washer is made from steel or stainless steel. This combination protects the seal ring and enhances durability. The rubber seal ring prevents leaks, and the metal washer evenly distributes pressure, ensuring excellent sealing performance even under high-pressure conditions.

Installation of bonded seals is simple, as they can be handled in the same way as standard washers. By selecting the appropriate material for the fluid used (oil, gas, water, etc.), they can be applied to a wide range of uses.

A micro O-ring

Micro O-rings

Micro O-rings are small O-rings specifically designed for sealing applications in miniature machine components and devices. Typically, their diameter is less than a few millimeters, but our company produces even extremely small products with an inner diameter of less than 1 millimeter. Due to the precise sealing required, the dimensional tolerance for these products is rigorously controlled.

Thanks to their compact size and high-precision sealing performance, micro O-rings are used in a wide range of fields, including waterproof and dustproof seals for electronic devices such smartphones, tablets, and cameras, as well as sealing components for precision equipment such as measuring instruments and sensors.
