Since our founding in 1935, we have provided high-quality latex balloons both in Japan and internationally. We have shared our techniques and relocated our self-developed balloon manufacturing plant to Vietnam, where the primary raw material (latex) is readily available. We combine a strict Japanese-style quality control system and advanced process control technology with Vietnam’s high manufacturing performance and quality management. This allows us to consistently deliver superior products. Among our wide range of product variations, the popular round balloon is usable for many occasions, adding a festive touch to any space. We cater to large-scale orders of round balloons designed for corporate logos or promotional designs, as well as custom balloons that include design and packaging.

Round balloons of the highest quality

Our round balloons are designed and produced using specific materials with printing in mind, ensuring compatibility with the machines during the process and delivering a sharp, beautiful finish. They are offered in 5, 9, 10, and 12 inches and 28 different colors including standard and pearl.

The balloons also feature uniform neck lengths and consistent lip (or bead) thickness, optimizing the auto-feeder loading rate of the printing machines. Additionally, thanks to the vertical dipping method, which minimizes inconsistency in thickness and shape, the balloons inflate evenly, reducing distortion during the printing process.

By using the optional auto-feeder device, the loading rate can be increased to as much as 90%, further enhancing work efficiency and printing precision.
