Parts Available for a Wide Range of Machinery Needs.

Our company has a proven track record of supplying parts to various machinery sectors, including major automotive manufacturers. Among them, cold-forged helical gears are highly versatile in terms of strength and cost.

These products can be completed almost entirely through cold forging in the manufacturing process.

In particular, the gear section achieves enhanced strength by maintaining continuous material fibers through mold forging without machining. Furthermore, cost reduction has been achieved by eliminating the gear machining process.

In addition to conventional cold-forging products, we manufacture a wide range of products, including shafts and shaft-shaped parts for automobiles and various other machinery through cold-forging according to customer-specified shapes and specifications.

Advantages of Cold Forged Gear

Traditionally, gear manufacturing relied on machining metal materials to create gear shapes. Cold forging maintains continuous fibers and preserves material strength better than machining since molds press metal materials into gear shapes. Particularly for mechanically loaded gear parts, cold forging improves strength, durability, and quality.

Moreover, it reduces material waste by eliminating machining debris and allows processing speeds to be about half of machining, enabling cost reductions in production. Consequently, it allows for competitive product pricing that satisfies customers.

As few domestic manufacturers possess this method, equipment, and expertise, we believe we can be of great assistance to our customers.

Track Record

Gear components produced through cold forging are widely adopted in numerous current models of major domestic automotive manufacturers, proving their quality and performance.

Furthermore, not limited to automotive-related parts, but also in various industrial machinery and home appliances, we can offer alternative parts produced through cold forging for metal gear components already in use by our customers.

After verifying existing parts with us, we can provide improved performance and cost reduction through VA*/VE proposals.
