The PAM pen should be used on clean, dry skin after the face has been well washed. The most effective method is to wash the face before bed, use the pen, then use once more after washing the face in the morning. The pen will not work if used over face lotion, skin milk, face cream, or foundation. The brush tip has been changed from a single tip to four, and it can be used to draw thin or thick strokes with ease.
If liquid from the pen is applied in the wrong place, it can be wiped away immediately with water. The face should not be rubbed or made wet immediately after the pen is used. The cap should be tightly replaced after use. If the liquid does not flow well, the pen should be gently shaken with the tip facing down and the cap on.

Precautions for Using the PAM Platinum Line Liquid Eyebrow Pen
Skin should not be rubbed, wetted, or washed for at least six hours after the pen is used. The pen is for eyebrows only, so must not be used on any other part of the body. When used on sweaty or damp skin, lines may become smeared, so care is required. The pen should not be used by anyone with cuts, swellings, eczema and similar conditions, or any other skin problem.
If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, or any other skin problem occurs, use should be discontinued, and it is recommended that anyone experiencing these symptoms consults a dermatologist or other medical professional.
