Protect Life & Property from Major Quakes : Proseven
Proseven Seismic pads
By simply applying the pad, its flexibility and adhesive strength enable easy earthquake-proofing and prevention of tipping over.
In the event homes are spared from earthquake destruction, the risk of secondary damage, such as injuries from falling objects, blocked escape routes, and potential fatalities, is a global concern.
The Great HanAshin-Awaji Earthquake struck in the predawn of January 1995. It was Japan’s first modern urban earthquake, causing significant destruction in Kobe City, with seismic intensities reaching levels 6 and 7 in some areas. Many were asleep, tragically illustrated, with nearly 80% of the victims dying from asphyxiation or being crushed, underscoring the importance of securing household items.
Motivated by the harrowing experiences of this earthquake, our company was compelled to develop life-saving products, leading to the creation of Proseven. Our mission is to protect lives and reduce damage through our products.
A gel that possesses both solid and liquid properties.
High-Safety, Durable Seismic Pads
It is designed to withstand earthquakes up to a seismic intensity of 7, having passed a 1000-gal seismic test. Moreover, it complies with the UL-94 V-2 standard for flame retardancy, ensuring it does not degrade under ultraviolet light and possesses antimicrobial properties for improved hygiene.
The product meets the requirements of the RoHS Directive (Revision II), ensuring it is free from hazardous substances such as lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, and cadmium. It has also passed tests for off-gassing (VOCs), proving its harmlessness. Compared to similar products, it excels in durability, safety, and adhesive strength without any degradation in quality.
Note:
- UL 94 V-2 is a flammability standard set by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), a safety certification organization in the United States.
- The antimicrobial function is limited to the adhesive surface.
- The RoHS Directive (Revision II) is an EU directive restricting the use of specific hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
