Supporting Precise Liquid Delivery with a Diverse Range

In Japan, the space per researcher in companies and universities is often limited, making it challenging to introduce or upgrade new equipment. Hence, the concept of ‘miniaturization of equipment’ was considered pivotal, leading to the development of the ‘Integrated Liquid Pump Series (Built-in Type Liquid Delivery Pump).’

By incorporating our pumps into analysis equipment, the overall size of the equipment is reduced. Most of our products are compact enough to fit within the dimensions of an A4 sheet of paper.

The underlying notion for advancing miniaturization was to ‘reduce rather than recycle.’ Through the miniaturization of equipment, resource conservation is achieved during manufacturing and disposal, promoting the effective utilization of limited resources.

Three Series Available for Selection Based on Application and Conditions

The Integrated Liquid Pump is available in three series to suit various applications.
LP Series: A High Performance Liquid Chromatograph that is compact and used for general-purpose.
UP Series: A single pump using a ball screw in the drive section, capable of handling various applications from micro-volume to high-speed liquid delivery.
CP Series: A compact Cascade Type Pump offering high pressure (30MPa) despite its small size, with the choice of having a pressure sensor. Due to its double-pump design, pulsation is minimal.

Common Specifications:
- Capable of delivering liquid ranging from 0.6 to 100ml/min.
- Supports micro-volume to high-speed liquid delivery.
- Compatible with high-pressure and high-speed operation.
- Chemical resistance and durability.
- Selectable liquid-contacting material, capable of handling a wide range of solutions from acidic/alkaline to organic solvents.

Achieve Equipment Miniaturization and Enhanced Performance with Our Liquid Pumps

By reducing size, it is possible to achieve minimal usage of specimens or reagents in testing and analysis. This is particularly beneficial in scenarios such as blood tests for infants or elderly individuals, where the physical burden on frail subjects is lessened, and the disposal of hazardous chemicals is minimized.

Furthermore, the accuracy of specimen measurement significantly influences the analysis results. With the Integrated Liquid Pump Series, we boast the technical capability to maintain an error margin within 5% even when measuring as little as five microliters*, thus contributing to 'enhanced performance' and improved accuracy of analysis results.

High Reproducibility, Durability, and Cost-Performance

Leveraging our experience in developing equipment for adult disease testing, High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, and Gas Chromatographs, we possess developmental capabilities across mechanical, electrical, and chemical fields, with 100% in-house manufacturing of all products.

To balance cost reduction and durability, every aspect is meticulously considered, including the processing method and tools used for components such as a single screw. We particularly pursue maintenance-free characteristics for our main products (unit components), deeming the manufacturing of durable parts extremely crucial. Although there may be no discernible difference in initial performance, the superior durability sets our products apart from competitors with durability issues.

Additionally, by carefully selecting the materials for the liquid-contacting parts and combining different measurement and liquid delivery sizes, we provide a diverse product lineup to meet the demands of our customers.
