ZenRing® (Wave Stretch Ring®) is a self-massage and strength training health tool. Naohiro Maki, a body arch researcher at Maki Sports, developed it. This innovative product, patented in 2005 under Patent 3763840, incorporates a distinctive double arch shape. This design focuses explicitly on the spinal S-curve to promote the ideal posture and facilitate functional movement within the body.

Naohiro Maki's latest research focuses on Gao Training, which emphasizes using the ring finger as the main component. Holding the ZenRing® primarily with the ring finger has been discovered to foster smooth and effortless movements, a finding that Maki published in a book in 2022.
With the addition of this new method, the ZenRing® program has evolved further. In collaboration with health promotion organizations and personnel development groups worldwide, efforts are being made to expand the reach of ZenRing® exercises and to train instructors in this innovative approach.
