HACCP-compliant color brushes were mostly manufactured in Europe, but they were too big and heavy for Asians to use. In response to the demand for “light and properly sized cleaning brushes” that are easy for women working in food factories in Asia to use, we started manufacturing HACCP-compliant color brushes in Japan 15 years ago.

Our cleaning brushes, notable for their compact and lightweight design coupled with exceptional cleaning power from specialized bristles, set a new standard in functionality. Leveraging over a century of manufacturing expertise and a Japanese commitment to detail, we continuously innovate various shapes of HACCP-compliant color brushes, driven by customer insights.

Offering up to five colors to support HACCP-compliant measures

Our range of up to five colors enables effective zoning of contaminated and clean areas in food facilities, a critical aspect of HACCP compliance, and allows for the categorization of cleaning tools by area of use, purpose, and storage.

The matching solid colors of the bristles and brush body make them highly visible and easier to keep organized. With customizable grips for the aluminum handles of select products like deck brushes and squeegees, we offer up to 25 color variations.

Focused on Material Quality

We use PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) for superior material quality. Compared to PP (Polypropylene), which is commonly used as bristle material for cleaning tools, PBT has the characteristics of being less absorbent of fibers, making it less prone to bacterial growth and having higher resilience.

Our brushes are engineered for durability, resisting wear even after extensive use – proven to withstand 2 hours of daily use over 3 months. Furthermore, for the plastic base, we use virgin material made only from new materials, not recycled materials. Therefore, it may bend but will not break or chip.

Commitment to bristle quality

Our brushes are crafted with precision control over bristle density, insertion depth, and hole size, secured at the base to ensure minimal shedding.

In the rare event of bristle loss, our unique triangular-shaped bristles can be identified as ours, distinguishing them from others. Additionally, our brush series with metal-infused bristles are detectable by metal detectors, guaranteeing comprehensive traceability.
