As Vlisco's exclusive distributor in Japan, we meticulously select fabrics ideal for our sun umbrellas, from their extensive collection of over 350,000 designs.

Our all-weather umbrellas are individually handcrafted by skilled Japanese artisans. Attention to detail is evident from the discreetly placed Sawa Sawa® tag to the carefully engineered stitching that prevents fabric tension.
The fabric processing is done in a Yamanashi factory in Japan, with a 50-year history of specializing in umbrella and interior fabrics, providing UV-cut and waterproof/water-repellent treatments. Furthermore, the waterproof test results have achieved ratings equivalent to raincoats.
