The Air Knocker series, powered by compressed air, delivers indirect impacts to the hopper's walls, effectively preventing adhesion and blockages in powder and granule handling. With the following 4features, it ensures both safety and labor cost reduction.
Variable Impact Force
Utilizing a unique umbrella-type valve mechanism, adjusting the air pressure easily varies the impact force. In order to resolve blockages, increase the air pressure; if the force is too strong, decrease it instead. Also, adjusting the pressure is effective for reducing noise. Its air-only operation enhances safety and cost-effectiveness.
Simultaneous Multi-Unit Operation
Equipped with relay piping for running multiple units concurrently, reducing control panel numbers across the facility. Adopting relay piping minimizes facility costs.
Oil-Free
Operates without lubricating oil, saving expenses and eliminating the need for lubricators in the air supply system. This oil-free feature ensures maintenance-free operation and brings various benefits.
