Handling Everything from Mold Design to Product Assembly Through a Fully Integrated Process
A Global Supply System with Five Factories in Japan and a Factory in Thailand

To address the issues of weight reduction, cost cutting, and space saving faced by manufacturers of automobiles, semiconductors and medical treatment equipment, we at Seihatsu Spring use our proprietary folded-back terminal technology. In so doing, we reduce the weights of products by 40%, and cut costs by 30% compared to conventional models. Through our fully integrated in-house capabilities—spanning mold design, pressing, spring machining, and assembly—we have established a mass-production system delivering 2 to 3 million units per month. With our global supply network of five factories based in Japan and our Thai-based subsidiary, we provide stable quality.

Securing the Right Sheet Thickness by Folded-Back Terminal Technology

Securing the Right Sheet Thickness by Folded-Back Terminal Technology

Our Folded-Back Terminal Technology Achieves 40% Weight Reduction, 30% Cost Cutting, and Space Saving, All at the Same Time

Weight reduction, cost cutting, and space saving of products are issues shared by manufacturers of automobiles, semiconductors, and medical treatment equipment alike.
Seihatsu Spring’s folded-back terminal technology features a specialized design where only the terminal contact portion is folded during processing. While securing the required structural rigidity and electrical continuity, this unique structure allows the conductor section to utilize a material sheet thickness roughly half that of conventional designs. This reduces product weights by 40% and costs by 30% as compared to conventional models.

Centering on products for automotive parts, we meet mass-production needs with our stable supply system delivering 2 to 3 million units per month. Moreover, our fully integrated in-house mold design and manufacturing allows us to seamlessly manage everything from prototyping to mass production.
Mass-Production Quality Sustained by Our Expertise and Quality Assurance

Mass-Production Quality Sustained by Our Expertise and Quality Assurance

Staffed by Many Holders of ISO/IATF Certificates and National Licenses, We Secure the Right Expertise That Clears Automotive Quality Standards

Triple-certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, we conform to the strict quality standards adopted by the automotive industry. Staffed by numerous holders of national licenses, we design and manufacture our molds and line equipment in-house, and thereby ensure advanced process control and stable quality. We can take orders for manufacturing complex assemblies in a one-stop operation. We have also established a press completion process for heat sinks as an alternative to diecasting, thus reducing costs, weights, and environmental burdens, all at the same time.
