SnS Product Lineup

Our cutting-edge materials are supplied as high-capacity anode materials for secondary batteries, as well as compound semiconductors for optical devices.

High-purity Tin Sulfide (SnS) for electronic devices is notoriously difficult to manufacture. Leveraging our proprietary production technology, we offer three specialized forms of SnS nanomaterials designed to meet rigorous industry demands.

1. SnS dispersion:
Utilizing our unique nanoscale particle synthesis, we provide a highly stable dispersion in water or alcohol. We can achieve concentrations up to approximately 25 wt% while maintaining excellent particle distribution.

2. SnS powder:
Created from our signature dispersion, this powder is uniformly mixed with Acetylene Black as a conductive additive and dried, ensuring optimal performance for battery applications.

3. SnS nanosheet:
A P-type compound semiconductor thin film produced via our proprietary deposition process. It features exceptional optical absorption, precise orientation control, and low resistivity.

If you are a manufacturer seeking innovative materials to elevate your product performance, we invite you to partner with us and explore the possibilities of SnS.

SnS Anode Materials: Revolutionizing Secondary Batteries with Compact, Lightweight Design

SnS is a layered material similar to graphite, but with a massive advantage: it offers approximately 5 times the volumetric capacity and 2 times the theoretical gravimetric capacity. This makes it a breakthrough anode material for downsizing and lightweighting lithium-ion batteries. Our SnS anode materials combine flexibility, low resistance, and high-rate capability. We provide both SnS dispersion and powders tailored for battery manufacturers. To mitigate electrode expansion, our dispersion utilizes engineered nanoparticles and is compatible with aqueous binders. Furthermore, our SnS powder can be customized with various conductive additives, including CNTs, graphene, and graphite, in addition to acetylene black.

Advanced SnS Materials for Optical Devices: Exceptional Absorption from UV to Near-Infrared

SnS delivers superior optical absorption across the UV–NIR range. Unlike many alternatives, it contains no rare metals, making it a cost-effective solution for mass production. We offer SnS nanosheet and dispersion specifically for optical applications. Our P-type compound semiconductor nanosheet are highly flexible, allowing for deposition on versatile substrates like copper foil. With a processing window of 100°C to 300°C, they can be applied to everything from silicon and glass to various plastics. Additionally, our alcohol-based SnS dispersion are ideal for inkjet printing and advanced coating processes.
