Traditional Brewing Since 1863. Sake and Craft Beer from Tokyo, Brewed with Natural Underground Water.

Ishikawa Brewery Co., Ltd.

Brewing that quietly supports unforgettable meals.

Ishikawa Brewery is a historic Tokyo brewery founded in 1863 (Bunkyu 3). We brew the renowned sake "Tamajiman" and craft beers "Tama no Megumi" and "TOKYO BLUES." Using natural water drawn from 150 meters underground, we carefully craft "Sake that accompanies the meal." Beyond brewing, we provide a venue to understand the tradition and culture of sake brewing through "Drinking, Learning, and Experiencing." This includes English-guided brewery tours, a museum, and on-site restaurants serving Japanese and Italian cuisine that utilize sake by-products like Koji and Sake Kasu.
