Actraiser prevents and removes this scale from the outside of the pipe, eliminating the need for chemical treatments or high-pressure washing. By wrapping a specialized coil around the exterior, our electronic signal technology varies frequencies across a wide range to give the fluid a negative (-) charge. Installation is as simple as wrapping a cable around the outside of your pipes. Depending on the pipe diameter, you typically wrap 10 to 15 meters of 0.5sq cable. The system can be installed while your facility is fully operational, , meaning there is no need to shut down production. Actraiser even features a built-in diagnostic function: if the cable is too long and overloads the system, the pilot lamp will flash instead of staying lit. This allows you to easily adjust the length for optimal performance, ensuring a perfect setup every time.

Due to dissolved calcium and magnesium, water and scale-forming contaminants carry a positive (+) charge. In contrast, the inner surfaces of pipes are negatively (-) charged, causing scale to bond and build up over time. Actraiser disrupts this process. By processing the water, negative (-) ions such as silica and chlorine selectively adhere to the positive (+) ions. This shifts the surface potential to negative (-), preventing scale from sticking to the pipe walls.
