Bypass complex algorithms. Dedicated hardware delivers nanosecond-precision control with a single command.

The MCX514 is a high-performance motion control IC designed to drastically offload your general-purpose CPU. Internal dedicated circuits execute nanosecond-level synchronization and ultra-precise interpolation without delay, tasks that push the limits of standard software processing.
This liberates developers from complex programming. Take signal output at a designated position: you no longer need to write CPU-intensive monitoring loops or high-speed interrupt codes. Simply set the conditions in the IC, and it automatically executes with a precision of up to 62.5ns, completely bypassing the CPU. Additionally, an 8-stage pre-buffer autonomously manages critical continuous interpolation. Adopt the MCX514 as your differentiated core technology to maximize equipment value in the shortest possible time.

Jitter-free synchronous coordination with zero delay

Jitter-free synchronous coordination with zero delay

Feature 1: Nanosecond-level responsiveness that offloads your CPU

The IC responds instantly to sensor inputs and position detection within the chip itself (minimum 62.5 nsec), without waiting for CPU interrupt processing. This enables position capturing of high-speed moving objects and synchronous coordination with external devices with absolutely no delay or jitter. Your host CPU is freed from complex real-time control tasks, significantly improving overall system stability.

Feature 2: Speed deviation under ±0.2%. Ultra-high precision interpolation that transforms processing quality.

The chip comes standard with our proprietary 2-axis high accuracy constant vector speed mode and Short axis pulse equalization mode for interpolation. These features suppress speed fluctuations to the absolute limit, realizing smooth motion for laser processing of complex curves or dispensing operations. Since these are built-in IC functions, you do not need to develop complex interpolation algorithms yourself.
