Super Namitt performs robustly regardless of water quality. It is effective across a wide pH range (4 to 12), in seawater salinity (up to 3.5% salt), and under extreme temperatures from freezing 0℃ to hot 80℃. Highly toxic compounds like potassium dichromate (Hexavalent Chromium) are no match. Super Namitt detoxifies and removes Hexavalent Chromium itself through flocculation. Flocs are formed within 30 to 60 seconds of addition and stirring, aggregating microparticles and contaminants. Post-addition steps like neutralization or polymer dissolution are unnecessary. Its rapid flocculation and sedimentation, combined with excellent sludge dewatering, ensure outstanding efficiency and time savings.

Safety and Ease of Handling
Super Namitt is an inorganic, neutral flocculant based on finely pulverized natural minerals, mixed with several proprietary functional components. It is non-toxic to fish and the environment. As a powder, it is significantly lighter than liquid flocculants, simplifying transport and storage. For volumes of 8 to 100 tons per day, we also offer dedicated Super Namitt continuous processing units. For example, a large-scale unit successfully treated sludge and algal bloom in a major castle moat in approximately one month.

We have successfully treated a wide variety of industrial wastewater in Japan, including Hexavalent Chromium from cement processes, fuel oil tank cleaning water from thermal power plants, plastic washing effluent, mold release oil from automotive parts manufacturing, and specialized heavy metal waste from plating facilities. The treated water can be safely discharged into rivers or the sea, or reused for diluting concentrated wastewater.
