The lamellar structure stacks alternating layers of water and oil, sustaining hydration for at least six hours. Compared to conventional emulsion cosmetics, Lamellar Technology® products provide approximately double the transdermal absorption.
Our low-temperature process allows for cream production without heat, protecting sensitive actives such as Vitamin C and placenta extracts. This technology is adaptable to various product forms, including cleansers, toners, milky lotions, creams, serums, all-in-one gels, and hair care.

Non-Aqueous Emulsification Method: Creating Nano-Emulsions for Enhanced Absorption and Skin Affinity

This method produces ultrafine emulsion particles, typically 100 to 500 nanometers. Since emulsification is possible at room temperature, even heat-sensitive ingredients can be stabilized without thermal degradation. We successfully created a light, highly moisturizing, milk-type lotion by dispersing nano-emulsion particles created using non-aqueous emulsification method. This was achieved without relying on heavy humectants like glycerin or hyaluronic acid, which can compromise the user experience. The result is a lotion that delivers the refreshing feel of a toner while providing the rich, emollient moisture of a milky lotion. The technology is applicable to various product forms, including cleansers, toners, emulsions, all-in-one gels, bath items, and hair care.
