Our goal is to enable everyone within the manufacturing sector to efficiently engage in Kaizen (improvement) in their daily tasks. To achieve this, we developed Time Prism, a tool that captures work operations on video for analysis on a computer. Time Prism fosters a vibrant workplace by encouraging workers to share efficient methods and continually aim for operational efficiency.
By promoting work improvement, this tool plays a part in enhancing quality and stability, ultimately boosting corporate value. It is a Kaizen tool intended for use at work, offering a cost-effective solution over expensive systems.

Challenges of Traditional Work Analysis
Conventional work analysis involved timing tasks with a stopwatch and inputting data into Excel, which was time-consuming.
